The Central Penn Propane Rockies finished strong to earn the No. 3 seed at 7-3, while the High Efficiency Solutions Cubs secured the No. 4 spot after a competitive season. The Warfel Construction Pirates rounded out the top five and will look to pull off an upset when tournament play starts.
